BOOMING BRUSSEL SPROUTS
How do you think CondimentMan gets all those mussels? He eats these brussels.

Ingredients
2 10 oz containers brussel sprouts
6 tbsp Mango FireBall* [order online]
3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped

Wash the brussel sprouts and cut them length wise. Place cut sprouts and Mango FireBall in a large zip lock bag, seal and shake to cover all the sprouts thoroughly with hot sauce. Store the marinating sprouts in the refrigerator until ready to cook, up till overnight. The longer the marinating process, the deeper the flavor.

Heat olive oil in frying pan and add garlic. When pan is hot, put in marinated brussel sprouts and cook on high heat until browned or charred.
Put on a plate and ENJOY!

* Mango FireBall may be substituted with Evil Lime Zinger or Heat Avenger. Try all three for variety.

CondimentMan brings you a perfect twist for your fried fish!

Ingredients
6 pieces flayed fish (fish of your choice)
Evil Lime Zinger* [order online]
Bread crumbs, seasoned

Heat olive oil in a skillet. When oil is hot, fry fish on both sides until done, remove and drain on a brown paper bag (this works better than paper towels).
Eat and enjoy!

* Also delicious when made with Mango FireBall.
